No, there is no risk of explosion inside the tank. The tank is consistently purged with Nitrogen round the clock to maintain an atmosphere with oxygen levels below 8%, which renders it non-flammable. To ensure the safest atmosphere detection at all times, two 6 mm gas sensing lines are installed into the tank atmosphere, positioned on opposite sides of the Nitrogen inlet point. The equipment is designed to automatically shut down if the oxygen levels inside the tank reach 8%. Continuous monitoring of the tank atmosphere guarantees utmost safety.

This design enables us to lift the system over the bund walls and place it directly into the bund area.
